I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHT) who has also been in the Healing Arts for over 12 years as a Board Certified Massage & Bodywork Therapist and Energy Practitioner, seeing clients one-on-one and providing a safe space for many who have come in with issues beyond the physical discomfort which initially brought them in. This has given me a unique perspective on how the power of the thoughts and emotions we hold onto affect the body, mind and spirit.

I have always had a deep love of Energy Psychology and Energy Medicine and have diverse training in many energy therapies which stand alone or can be integrated into a program. Past Life Regression Therapy, EFT/Tapping, Reiki, Biofield Tuning... I'm passionate about any tool or technique that can help both me, and YOU to heal more, live more and love more.

 

I have experience holding space and providing support for people dealing with many issues including grief from losing a spouse, parent or child, dealing with chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, fear and PTSD related to the pandemic, postpartum depression or other events in their lives.

 

My passion is working with people and the unique issues we face when we have dealt with trauma in our lives, from childhood trauma, to the challenges of parenthood or divorce, to SA and situations or events that we don’t label as “trauma” despite the deep wounding and lasting effects on our lives. We face traumas in so many situations just walking as humans in this world.

 

I am enthusiastic about assisting my clients in exploring their own inner wisdom, to transform their lives by releasing the triggers, limiting beliefs and core issues that are no longer serving them and integrating the qualities they want to move towards alignment with their authentic self.
