I’m a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHT) with over 13 years of experience in the Healing Arts as a Board Certified Massage & Bodywork Therapist and Energy Practitioner. Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of working one-on-one with clients, offering a safe space to address not only their physical discomfort but also the deeper emotional and mental challenges that often accompany it. This unique perspective has deepened my understanding of how our thoughts and emotions profoundly impact the body, mind, and spirit.

My passion for Energy Psychology and Energy Medicine has guided me to explore diverse modalities, including Past Life Regression Therapy, EFT/Tapping, Reiki, and Biofield Tuning. Whether used alone or integrated into a broader program, these tools are invaluable for healing, living more fully, and embracing love more deeply - for both you and me.

My own path of healing from trauma has further fueled my commitment to this work, allowing me to support others with empathy and insight. I’ve had the honor of assisting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments, including grief from losing a loved one, chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, pandemic-related PTSD, postpartum depression, and other significant life events. My heart is especially drawn to helping those who have experienced trauma, whether it stems from childhood, parenthood, divorce, or any of the countless challenges we face as human beings.

My greatest joy is empowering my clients to connect with their inner wisdom, transforming their lives by releasing triggers, limiting beliefs, and core issues that no longer serve them. Together, we work towards aligning with your authentic self, moving forward with intention and purpose.
