Is regression safe? What if I remember something traumatic?
You can come ‘out of trance’ at any time you wish; remember these are merely memories and cannot hurt you. At any point you are able to simply open your eyes, choose to remain in the experience, rise above and view from a distance or exit the scene to come back to a pre-designed safe space.
What if I don’t believe in reincarnation? Is there still a benefit to doing a Past-Life Regression?
Yes! Many people who do not believe in the principles of reincarnation have been surprised at the results obtained.
What will my experience be like?
Past-life memories can come through any of the senses. People experience things in different ways: seeing, sensing, feeling or experiencing. If you are a visual person, you may see what is happening and may feel as though you are there in the experience as you’re seeing it play out around you in rich detail (about 50% of the population is visual, the other 50% is a mixture of sensing, feeling or hearing). Or, you may be very kinesthetic and rather than seeing the experience, you have an awareness or feeling of the experience. You may receive the information intuitively. There is no wrong way to experience a past life. It can be an image, thought, sound, aroma, feeling. It may feel like fantasy or imagination. Trust your experience.
