1-2-3: The Windsor Method


Your simple 15-minute daily system to support lymphatic health, reduce inflammation, decongest tissue and boost natural detox.


1. OPEN the Lymph.


Activate key lymphatic points: 3 x 3

  • Clavicle

  • Ears & Neck

  • Armpits

  • Abdominals

  • Groin

  • Backs of Knees


2. RELEASE the Tissue


Use hands, a massage gun on the lowest setting, with the T attachment, or both to gently release inflammation and fluid trapped in congested tissue. Work along the fascia lines.

3. RESTORE the Flow


Dry brushing helps stimulate lymph movement, clearing blockages and allowing flow to return throughout the body.
