Reflect and Record
Take a few deep breaths to center yourself, and then reflect on your day. Consider the moments that brought a smile to your face, the acts of kindness you witnessed, the beauty of nature, or any other experience that filled you with wonder or joy. Write down these moments in your journal, describing them in as much detail as possible.
Consider adding visuals to your journal entries to enhance the experience. You can include photographs, sketches, or even small mementos like a pressed flower or a ticket stub from a memorable event.
As you write, take a moment to express gratitude for the magical moments you have experienced. Gratitude can amplify the positive emotions associated with these moments and help you to focus on the good in your life.
Periodically review your journal entries. Take time to reread your reflections and savor the memories. This practice can be incredibly uplifting and can serve as a reminder of the abundance of wonder in our lives.

I was doing errands and appointments from 8am to 8:3pm yesterday, so I was too exhausted to journal, BUT...
I was inspired by The Magic I Witnessed Today. Yesterday was delightfully abundant. I was given free food at 3 places, received free service on a tire with a nail in it, and found a tails-up penny on the sidewalk.
Each time, I thought of that process, so I decided to get myself a little car/purse notebook.
I'm sure there's value in writing it all out at the end of the night, as it puts the mind into a reflective gratitude state. But in the hustle and go, it started to feel like a scavenger hug. "Ooooh! Another!!!"

"That's the thing about magic; you've got to know it's still here,
all around us, or it just stays invisible for you."
~ Charles se Lint
"The world is full of magic things, patiently waiting for our senses to grow sharper."
~ W.B. Yeats
