According to Louise Hay, the act of repeating positive affirmations can calm anxiety and put you in a more clear frame of mind, which enables you to handle any situation with greater care and better decision making.


Therefore, when you speak these comforting words to yourself...


Over and over and over...


As often as you need to...


The negative scary thoughts will ease from your mind.


It's ok if you don't believe it. Just PRETEND to believe it, even if it seems ridiculous, and notice how your body responds to your positive words.


Use the MAGIC Mantra when you feel hopeless and keep repeating

until you notice peace begin to wash through your body.


Say...


All is well.

Everything is working out for my highest good.

Out of THIS situation,

only good will come.

And I AM SAFE.
