With so many tools out there to help you shift your mindset, ease your anxiety, improve your self worth…. How do you know which is right for you?
Here are some of my favorite tools, techniques and resources. Things that have been helpful to me in my own healing journey, and things I have continued to learn along the way.
So which one is the right one? That depends on you and your goal. Some techniques below will help make an instant shift to calm any negative emotion you’re experiencing (a pattern interrupt), others will help create and foster the changes you want to make.
Read through them. Try what resonates with you.
The thing they all have in common is their ability to meet you where you are and give you something proactive to do for yourself on a conscious level.
We know that in order to truly, deeply heal, we need to process our experiences, our emotions, the pain that has resulted in our bodies from experiencing life events that have had a profound effect on us, mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. Whether stress, anxiety, trauma, fear or grief, all of our emotional experiences affect us on many levels. There is no one-size-fits all when it comes to healing. No short cuts.
So these tools support all of the aspects of healing, on all levels - mental, physical, spiritual, emotional and energetic. They work in conjunction with, not in place of, the deeper work we do in my office.
